The Atlas Recipe Editor is another innovative tool to control, organize, edit, and monitor batch recipes in a fully automated and versatile package. It can be custom-tailored to your specific applications.
Activity Logging
The Atlas Activity Logger is an excellent tool for tracking human error. This tool tracks all operator activity and segregates it by date, time, and operator name.
Trends & Custom Reports
The Atlas Historical Trends and Custom Reports can be tailored to your operational needs. These are accessed through a web-based historian portal. In addition to basic trend reports that can be built utilizing tools from vendors like Rockwell and Wonderware, we also provide custom SQL Server Reporting Services reports (SSRS) that expand the system’s ability to provide in-depth operational analysis. For example, parameters requiring additional computations to extract, such as CIP system, CIP Circuit, and date range can be selected to run the report.
